Damaged and Defective Goods

Damaged and defective items must be reported within 30 days upon delivery. This should be reported with a photo alongside the shipping label (if available) on your box, without blacking out the name and address. Both items must be photographed together in the same photo.

Damaged packaging and incorrect items are not considered damaged - However, feel free to reach us out anytime so that we may give you a Daebak experience.


Lost Goods

Lost packages must be reported within 60 days upon the generation of the tracking info. This includes packages that are delivered to the wrong address, marked as delivered but no package was received, and/or missing items inside the package. We also highly encourage you to contact your Local Post/DHL in regards to these matters and if deemed lost, file a lost claim as we, the shipper, will not be able to do it on our end.

Our stocks fluctuate depending on the demand as well as supply from our partners, hence we may not be able to guarantee the same variation or item.A replacement of the item can be sent if available, or a refund will be issued.
